It's only legally questioned cause of the individual mandate was repealed by Trump. The Dems could just put it back in and voila. That would fix the legal question.
Now of course, they won't do that. They'll pass a much more beefier health care plan with the public option.

not family friendly. The ACA with a new mandate will work and then fix it.
