If federal funds are cut off from Democratic cities, then federal taxes should be eliminated.

The cities could give residents that 10% tax cut trump promised, tax them the rest of what they usually paid in income tax, and come out way ahead. Too much of their money goes to red welfare states and the DOD cesspool anyway.

The cities don’t collect federal taxes (other than their own payroll - and even that would be a problem)
