I hope Joe calls him "Donald" during the debates, but I don't think he will . He has far too much respect for the US and its institutions than the current "occupier".

I remember when W went ballistic when someone didn't call him "Sir". He looked so petty and foolish.

9. How stupid are Republican voters who are already benefitting from the ACA

that accept his promise of better health care at face value when he has put forth no tangible plan.

And, they don't even question it.

There are people right now that are getting most of an ~$1400 per month health insurance policy subsidized through the Healthcare Exchange that will have to start paying that entire amount themselves once the ACA is gone. Only then will the screaming start for these horrifically stupid people.
