Campaign sign observations

Hubby and I took a drive through Litchfield county and straight north through to the VT border. This is traditionally very red territory. We saw dozens of Biden signs and only about 3 Trump signs on about a 90 mile trip. Makes me very hopeful!

On the negative side, we returned home to find our Biden sign gone. All of our immediate neighbors are democrats and Biden supporters, though we were the first to get our sign. Somebody did a drive-through.

1. I live in one of the reddest parts in Ohio

Not many Biden signs, but one sign did draw my attention. It was a rather large homemade sign that read “You are not alone” flanked by two normal sized Biden signs.

What a great message and a profound statement to people that may feel there’s no chance for Trump to be voted out, especially those of us living in rural red counties.

We are the silent majority.

2. In my area of OH, we are non-silent majority.

Lots of Biden Harris signs. I also saw a "enough" sign today, which I am assuming someone fed up with Trump antics. If one thinks signs have any predictive value, then Biden is doing much better than Clinton in OH.

3. I was driving through western Virginia yesterday

Trump billboards, flags, signs everywhere. People with signs on their cars. Unreal. Somebody needs to check the groundwater in this area for lead.

Of course, confederate flags everywhere with the conman trump signs.

4. I covered the metal stand with vaseline and activated charcoal. I put it on wearing gloves

but if anyone touches it without them they are going to have some seriously black, gooey hands that will be hard to clean.
