The PA State Senate has moved from Safe R to Likely R in our ratings, as there is now a 13.3% of a tie in the chamber. Upon reexamination, we moved SD-49 from Toss-Up to Tilt D and SD-13 from Likely R to Lean R.

But PA State Senate is Repub controlled and that is not going to change.. Trump won the state in 2016 and for it to even be a a battleground state is telling of the times.

This state sucks. Especially between Pittsburgh and Philly where it's mostly Repub

It’s ridiculously hard to get rid of our state reps and senators. They do a lot of favors for constituents and get a rep as a “nice guy” no matter what they do in Harrisburg.

Wolf closing things for as long as he did made them stronger.. Watching Kim Ward hold a massive rally in Harrisburg in April was weird, especially with no social distancing and few masks.

No doubt PA next Gov will be a Repub.. This state sucks
