There is no statute of limitations on Tax Fraud.

Normally the IRS has 3 years from the filing date to audit our taxes. But if there’s fraud no time limit to audit. So this is why his 70? Million refund is still being challenged along with other years that are still under audit. Criminal!

charges? Nixon’s pardon was for crimes committed while in office. I guess a Pence/Trump pardon for tax fraud would have to be for the tax years before Trump was president. And of course include current tax years as well because they are probably fraudulent as well. I guess I just don’t know.

With the amount of money at stake and the way he has cheated the country, would you want to be remembered as the person who pardoned trump? Perhaps not right away, but eventually, Gerald Ford was sorry for having pardoned Nixon.

No way trump can pardon himself for this. He can try, but it's not likely he'd get away with it. JMHO, but he has screwed up way too badly, been skimming way too much from the Treasury to skate.
