If he loses the election, he faces federal and state prosecution for bank fraud, tax fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud, as does his entire family. No OLC memo will spare him.

any federal offense BUT that doesn;t work for state crimes. So my money is on all the trumps leaving the US for asylum elsewhere to stay out of state prisons

Because of all the noise tRump is making on this topic, it drowns out our ability to say the obvious. It becomes a childish, "I know you are, but what am I?" situation.
