1. Wouldn't a judge have to do that? Even if they bolt, their property becomes U.S. (our) propertry.

The one good thing about Trump Tower. The restrooms were always open---- may still be, for all I know.

If you have seriously delinquent tax debt, the law authorizes the IRS to certify that debt to the State Department for action. The State Department generally will not issue a passport to you after receiving certification from the IRS. The State Department may deny your passport application or revoke your current passport. If you’re overseas, the State Department may issue you a limited validity passport good for direct return to the United States.

1. A nation of laws doesn't arbitrarily impose penalties on people until they've been convicted (or at least charged) with a crime.
2. A nation of laws doesn't allow the President to arbitrarily penalize people based simply on things "we all know".

no reason to insure that Trump is here to FACE our laws, I believe there is little to be gained from further exchanges.

We have environmental business to attend to which requires everyone’s complete attention for years to come. Vengeance is a luxury we simply don’t have time for. The best available science says we have only a handful of years left to establish a marginally livable world for our next generations.

I’m much more concerned about my grandchildren than chasing the trump clan through every court in the land with pitchforks and torch’s waving. It will be another media extravaganza when we desperately need media attention focused upon paramount environmental issues.
