The new owner is not a right winger like Drudge was. I don't visit the site at all. This is what the cons have been saying at one one the nut job chat sites I frequent for entertainment purposes.

In 2019, Rasmussen Reports reported that Matt Drudge had sold the site and was no longer involved in its operations, which would also explain the change in editorial direction; however, that reporting was not confirmed.

Others report similarly from a cursory google search. If he did sell, it appears to be a "cloaked" sale.

The Bushes and Trumps don't get along, mostly because their business models differ. The Bushes make their money in wars, private prisons, and natural disasters. The Trumps make their money in hospitality, money laundering, and human trafficking.
