Will be filling it out, and delivering it to the drop box.

I was really happy to get it. I am going to wait until about the middle of October to fill it out though, because voting in September for a November election just seems wrong to me. I will hand-deliver it to the county clerk's office, because I don't want to trust the aforementioned good ol' USPS, which of course is one of the many things President Biden and the Democratic Senate and House need to start fixing on January 21.
