In conversations w/ Dem campaign folks past few weeks, their biggest challenge now is identifying effective late uses for all the $$.

1. I imagine a lot could be donated to downballot Democrats.

You get voters to the polls in local races, the more likely they are to push the button for Biden as well.

2. This and provide as much transport as possible where needed.

Who can't drive. You would have many more hands on deck.

11. They could set aside funds to train some of the best

campaign workers on government contracting and security clearances so that they could staff those offices and have them ready to hire and clean up the mess.
