Four cops with guns could've just told him to turn around and put the cuffs on him.

Too many asshole cops. I don't know what they would've done if he was black.

I watched the video without sound (yeah, could make a difference, but I didn't hear anything at this point). I did not SEE anything that should have caused the tackling - and he was obviously submissive when he was down on the ground.

Man, this country is in for a rough ride for a while.................

Again, IMO, tackling him to cuff him then getting him back to his feet was not necessary since he was already on his feet and could've easily been cuffed without taking him to the ground. Too many a-hole cops.
