5. Police are out of control. I got no love for Parscale but he was zero threat there.

They had him outside, surrounded, no where near weapons, nothing in his hands. No need to body tackle him onto concrete. The entire police system from top to bottom in the US is fucked. They are sending these cops in like they are front line troops in Fallujah.

He should be praying to the deity of his choice he isn't black as those same cops would have put him in a body bag.

Almost every local police dept. in the country has a hiring practice that gives preference in open hiring slots to vets. who have served in the Middle East. I have nothing against hiring vets, or even giving them preference, but in the last 20 years the police have become increasingly more militarized because of the forever wars.

A small part of me was very juvenile and went "Yeah, MF", but then the adult, reasoning, empathetic, totally pissed off at the cops part of me thought pretty much what you said.

Even people we may despise still deserve proper treatment by the police.

11. Yes it highlight systemic racism but it also highlights that cops are out of control all the time.

Twenty years ago they would have had him turn around, kneel, put cross his legs and put his hands on his head. Then cuffed him.

When cops are 100% full violence all the time on every call it is a sign there is something hugely wrong in this country. Yes if you are a minority it even worse you likely will be shot to death instead of slammed on concrete but cops shouldn't be slamming anyone on concrete who isn't an immediate threat.

I'm not about to put the tackle of Parscale on the same level of police brutality that George Floyd received. That Eric Garner received. That William Howard Green received. That Daniel Prude received. That Atatiana Jefferson received. That Breonna Taylor received. And the list goes on and on and on.

Yes. Cops are out of control. But that's a blanket statement that in no way tells the real story.
