Joe needs to call Trump THREE Things tonight:
1. Coward - he is such a coward he demanded that Chris Wallace not mention the number of COVID-19 deaths in America or he wouldn't come to the debate; he's such a coward he attacks McCain after he was dead; he's such a coward he makes fun of the disabled; he's such a coward he didn't want Americans to see his tax returns.
2. Cheat - He cheated on his wives, he cheated on his taxes, he cheated in the election and he's cheated America and will do it again.
3. Conman - He conned people into thinking he was a successful businessman, he conned people out of Charity money, he conned people who attended his fake University, he conned his supporters into thinking Mexico would pay for his wall (which he hasn't built).
He can also mention that Trump is a liar but everyone knows that at this point.

(12,344 posts)It's not a style, name calling that is...that he utilizes...I seriously doubt changing is wise...changing style at 77 years old in the biggest debate on the Planet...not wise.

(95,244 posts)I expect such words will surface, but I would not consider them name-calling, and doubt many not already red-hatted maggots would regard them as name calling.

(19,044 posts)What Biden should do in one of his first answers is ask the moderator and Trump to bow their heads with him and share a moment of silence for the 210,000 Americans who have lost their lives to Covid-19.
This would be a gimmick that is powerful and would be the biggest thing people talk about for a week.

(365 posts)suggest that they all take a moment of silence to "remember all the babies killed in the womb by those nasty sluts". Most aren't clueless enough to equate the two, but he'd still try to steal that moment away.

(37,158 posts)"Donnie".
No "Mr. President", no "Mr. Trump", just the casual diminutive form of his given name.
The others can be worked in where appropriate, but casual disregard for his status gets under Trump's skin more than anything else.

(21,745 posts)Joe should show what a real President acts like.
Demonstrate the contrast between Trump blathering and foaming at the mouth and Biden staying cool and focusing on serving the People.

(47,405 posts)In 2016, republican candidates who tried to play at Trump's nasty bullying games, found it backfired on them. Joe's primary edge is he is the opposite of Trump in all things. He is reasonable, intelligent, competent, and of course, presidential. Trump is always baiting people to come down to his level and it usually works to his advantage, not theirs.
Yes, this is an opportunity to show the world the stark contrast between these two men, as they stand on the same stage. If Joe is calm and articulate, it will bring out the worst in Trump.
