In a town hall debate. I can’t imagine this performance in that format. But then I didn’t foresee it tonight, either.

aggressively indifferent to the debate rules. He pulled the same crap tonight that he did in the 2016 Republican primaries - talking over even moderator.

But he was new on the political scene then. Tonight it was not entertaining, just crude. The people are tired of that BS. They want a rational president and normal behavior.

Biden gets extra time to make up for it and Trump gets time deducted for the amount of time he spent on the interruption.

One or two word interruption comments by either one are ok. But more than that, cut the mike and use the penalty rule.
