Democrats see debates as informative. Republicans see them as entertainment

trump was there to entertain his base

It wasn’t a debate because he can’t argue on facts or his record.

But he can bluster and lie and try to get off zingers and interior as nauseum which is entertaining to his base.

And boy are they base.

... is the main problem in this country, despite how it's needed to establish any kind of order that even those idiots expect to magically happen without it, then it's all a joke to them.

Republicans who get elected and make matters worse for the country? That's like a "win" to them because it affirms their anti-government agenda.
