Did anyone catch the "troops on the streets" type comment?

I didn't watch much of the "debate" because my Fitbit kept screaming, "What the fuck are you doing? Stop it! Heart rate's off the chart!". However, during the COVID question and the vaccine, I did hear him lie about having a vaccine ready or preparing for one before November 1st, and he would dispatch the military to deliver them before the election. Did he say the quiet part loud again? I think most people know there will be NO vaccine, but is it possible he would lie (of course he would lie, but for this scenario) and say he was dispatching military to certain areas to "deliver" vaccines, but they would be on the streets in possible areas of concern (swing states/districts)?

than normal distribution channels.

I gotta admit, though that I was nodding off and had a tough time separating the bullshit from anything close to normal.

Wants the military to forcibly inject people with an untested half ass potentially deadly "vaccine" this could be a final solution.

Just speculation.

Trump wants to be Hitler. He wants the military completely under his control, following his every command. To do that he needs a pretext, and so he has this half-baked idea of involuntarily "vaccinating" people, and when they refuse to be vaccinated, then incarcerating them. Of course, he'll want to hit the sanctuary cities first.

I've been tracking Covid-19 vaccine developments for a while, and the big problem that most of them face is their need for refrigeration (there's one by J&J that MIGHT have come closest to working around that limitation, but there's no real guarantee there, and most of the primary candidates all are shooting for early spring at this point to wrap up third stage trials and full production by mid-summer The military doesn't have the logistical infrastructure to distribute refrigerated vaccines, let alone the medical personnel to deliver what would most likely be shots (and do you really want a nineteen year old Army private with ten minutes of medical training giving you shots?).
