Either that or he walks it back directly. He or some other one of the White House staff who can be called ‘confused’ later on by trump.

But that ‘stand down, stand by’ statement. Don’t know how anyone can read that as anything other than a petty thug boss telling his muscle to lock and load.

There will be more violence. Because of this. And it plays into his narrative because he gets to shape it due to his position.

That video does, indeed, show tRump rejecting David Duke, the KKK, neo-Nazis, and white supremacists in the strongest possible terms. Yeah, he’s a liar who makes strong pronouncements one day and walks them back with his actions the next, but what is the point of showing this video and then commenting “so it seems like this went well for you guys”? I don’t get it. Who’s he addressing and what went well?*

*obviously I know he’s referring to the debate. I just don’t see how using a video showing tRump doing and saying the right things (however insincerely and hypocritically) emphasizes the point that he’s a racist.
