Trump told Russia to interfere in the 2016 election and they followed his instructions. He has put the hate groups on notice that they should be prepared to act in the 2020 election. Once again trump seems to be engaging in criminal incitement. Encouraging hate groups to act on his behalf.

Engaging in overthrowing an election is no different than attempting to overthrow the government. Trumps opinion of absentee voting is just that, an opinion, it means nothing and will not stand as an excuse to act.
