Despite Mayor Sam Adams' objections, OPB and the Oregon Republican Party should go ahead with their plan to host a GOP presidential debate in Portland this spring.

As the proud home of one of the nation's largest annual naked bike rides, Portland has a rare chance to show Northwest voters once and for all that these GOP candidates have no clothes.

And if Mitt Romney is the last Republican standing by then, even better; he can use the occasion to debate himself and the various positions he's held over the years.

7. My wife & I landed smack dab in the middle of the naked bike ride last May, I think it was

pretty entertaining. May in Portland, naked on a bike- that's dedication.
