Sick of "playing by the rules"

I used to think it was unfair to donate to races in other states.

So far today I've donated to the Senatorial campaigns of Wendy Davis in TX (how I would love to never hear from her smarmy opponent Cruz the rest of my life) and Gary Peters in MI. His seat is sorely needed to flip the Senate.

I'm basically the crazy, mad DONATER LADY this cycle!!

Last time I talked to her, she was positive that she was running for a seat in the House of Representatives

Hahaha haha! My bad! My excitement got the best of me!!

Thanks for the correction.

I saw a pic of the polls with her on one side and dickhead on the other...

What are her chances v. Roy, do you think??

However, there is a blue wind blowing through Texas at the moment, and Chip Roy is SUCH a nasty character--where Wendy is such a sympathetic persona--she could yet pull this off. I have donated heavily to her as well, so depending on to what extent my sentiments matter, you are either in good or bad company!

In order get the change we want and need, it is important that Democrats get elected from other states besides our own. It serves us all to support good candidates throughout the country.

Jim Carville was the speaker, and he said that when he heard he was going to address the Texas Democrats, he figured the gathering would be small enough to be held in a phone booth
