Finally, I VOTED

I have driven past my early vote location each day this week and the lines have been hours long each day. This evening, I bit the bullet and got in line at 5:30. It was nearly two hours but I voted. It was a beautiful night in Northern VA and the people in line were all proud to be doing their civic duty.

I dropped off our absentee ballots downtown this week. You can cut the line and just drop them off inside which saved me some time because the line was down the block.

I wanted to drop them off in person to avoid any malarkey with the USPS.
