Looking at poll for early voting

I think it was Pennsylvania and the early voting age 18-29 was the lowest turnout.

Please tell me you understand what’s going on?

Do we have anybody in that category on this board who isn’t going to vote? I doubt it as this board is dedicated to people who are obviously paying attention, but this is very troubling.

I don’t understand, can someone explain it to me?
