I mean if USPS stuffs them, it is lost? Or will it be a felony if it reappears?

So long as their mail ballot was not received by the elections office, they can then vote in person. They can also check online at their county's Supervisor of Election Office to see if their mail in ballot has been received and save themselves a trip to a polling place.

How to Vote in Person if Ballot Requested

A voter who has requested a ballot may change his or her mind and vote in person. The voter should bring the ballot (marked or unmarked) to the polls to turn the ballot in and vote a regular ballot. If the voter does not bring the ballot to the polls for whatever reason, the Supervisor of Elections' office will need to confirm that the ballot has not already been returned and received. If the ballot has not been received, the voter will be allowed to vote a regular ballot. If the ballot has been received, the ballot is deemed cast and the voter to have voted. If the voter believes the office is incorrect for whatever reason, the voter is allowed to vote a provisional ballot. The matter will then be presented to the canvassing board for determination. If it cannot be determined if the ballot has been received, the voter will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot. See section 101.69, Fla. Stat.

5. Kamala is going to Miami-Dade Saturday

Miami-Dade is an enigma. We got to win by 20-24 points in Miami. If we do, we are good. Cuban Americans have been hoodwinked by Trump's lies and looks like they have been successful.

A recent poll of FL-27 district had it down to 54-41. That's my district. That's Miami. It is one of the few districts that has moved sharply red since 2016, by 6.6 points.

That's the impact of Hispanics loving incumbents in the first place, on top of all the socialism fear courtesy of nominating Andrew Gillum. I'll remind again that Gillum was rejected by 46% of the electorate as too liberal for the state. That's only fractionally the Cuban vote. It means one demographic after another was spitting out Andrew Gillum based on ideology. I have never seen anything close to 46% in that category while following polling since 1992.

Democrats in Miami-Dade vote late. And we should win a hefty percentage of the independent vote. But it is silly to pretend the Hispanic vote has not shifted toward Trump in this area. I was taking grief here many months ago for pointing it out, even though the posters giving me the grief had no clue what they were talking about.

But the socialism tag is very critical in south Florida. I've seen some here get really amped up about socialism and they have been brainwashed into thinking the GOP is for them. I think many of the failed people from a failed state are just here to play spoiler for Democrats.

If Biden wins Florida, that goes a long, long way toward putting this election to bed quickly.

Biden loses Florida, and it's a long wait for results, and more wind in the sails for people who want to fuck up the election in favor of Trump. I want those bastards to feel completely dispirited and ready to give up right away.

I never received it in the mail. So I am going to vote on 11/3 in person. I am perplexed as to why I never got the ballot in the mail. Don't trust this state due to the guv being right up trump's ass. Scary stuff.

the signature thing is malarkey in my opinion. They can do all kinds of other verification, face id, finger prints, codes sent to your own phone. You know, things we do to get into our phones and banking. Signatures is just more voter suppression. Keep up the good fight, bring a chair in case.
