13. The story goes that Putin watched how Republicans stole elections under Dubya.

When Dubya double crossed Putin with Iraq and oil prices that were damaging the U.S. economy after Putin didn't object to the Iraq war. Putin went to work implementing what he had learned about U.S. Elections from watching Dubya and the Republicans earlier by grooming his Useful Idiot and entrapping Republicans, after President Obama stood up to him and didn't back down. Which was made for Putin with a Hillary run, whom he hated, to oppose in 2016 with his Useful Idiot and Republican Stooges.

Dubya may be staying silent, because he knows that he was the one that opened Pandora's Box and Putin may have given his Useful Idiot information to expose what Dubya did to the Democratic Party and elections in the U.S. That is also why I am worried about exactly how much will be exposed that should be once tRUMP is gone, because the rot is huge and may expose too much for some.
