1. AFIK we have never, ever, had a final ballot count on election day. With all the soldiers...

students, people on international assignment, people in nursing homes or other restrictions on leaving home, and provisional ballots, among other things I can't think of at the moment.

I keep saying that voting is a fundamental right where the default is to let you vote, not force you to come up with reasons you should be allowed to vote.

There is no valid reason to stop counting legally mailed in ballots because you could not count all of them within 6 days after Nov 3rd 2020.
