Joe Biden's Example Of Leadership

Yesterday we had an impromptu all-staff call with @BarackObama and @JoeBiden.

Still thinking about @JoeBiden telling the entire campaign staff that if we win, it's because of us; and if we don't, it's because of him.

Can't think of a better example of leadership.
