I've noticed more than once in photos that you see a number of similar people - wearing different clothing or hats, but recognizable enough. I suspect that these are the shills that typically start the chants and control the direction of the crowd. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they were operatives. Trump is at heart a carnival huckster, this is about his speed.
