Dems increased ballots by 10k (first daily increase in a long time!)

2016 split (47/43) - Dems lead now by 30k!
49/49/2 split - Dems lead by 108k!

4. 6.6 million early voted (in-person or mail-in ballot) in 2016. We have 2.4 million MORE this year
