Republican position is clerks shouldn’t count votes until all polls close, and then you get a four hour window to count certain ballots, and whatever doesn’t get counted by midnight is never counted. Unless they are behind and then it’s opposite, because Hunter Biden’s Laptop.

Pa. has to wait to count its mail in ballots. On the positive side Gov. Wolf has added equipment and people to facilitate the counting.

I don't see all of the ballots being counted on election night but enough hopefully to keep Joe in front.
