Heard a woman on CNN in Arizona.
Going on & on about the PINO enthusiasm.
Her evidence were lawn signs (which have probably been there since April) and PINO flags, which have been flying for 4 years!
She pointed to a poll of voters showing a dead heat, then interjected "Of course, this doesn't include independents."
So, there's this enthusiasm for PINO because signs, flags, & a poll that doesn't include 45% of voters.
There are so desperate to find a horse race, it's pissing me off!
And, I only went to CNN during a commercial during "Chopped". So, you don't need to tell me to turn it off. I did when I figured the show I'd rather be watching had resumed.

No thanks to TV for us.

(7,399 posts)The odds of winning are about the same as Biden winning according to 538 (90%).
So no sports commentator would give up on a game at that point.
It is what it is, there are no guarantees here. But I'd rather be up by nine than down by nine.

(95,243 posts)'How enthused are you about voting for Mr. Biden?' is one question.
'How enthused are you about voting against Trump?' is another question, and if it were asked, the results would put an end to babble about an 'enthusiasm gap'....

(64,875 posts)Exactly.
They are conveniently ignoring there is 4 years of enthusiasm to get rid of that idiot/crook.
They can't have missed the sentiment the last 4 years.
They're drumming up drama, & profit motives aside, it's shabby journalism.
