right wingers will drag the lake rto find a judge who will support them. meanwhile the people who voted in the drive by locations will have voted according to what was legal at that moment. at the least then they should all be allowed to vote again.

Hard to tell though.....
But it's in the trump/mconnel branch of the judiciary now.

(14,226 posts)The reason the original judge tossed it was because the plaintiffs didn't have standing. At least one state legislator asked to join the appeal and they do have standing.
Either way, there will be no time to clear the rolls so people can vote again. These votes will just be tossed.
How will the appeals court rule? They are super conservative trump appointees.
They will find any excuse to rule in the plaintiffs favor. Scotus will likely use the newly minted kav doctrine to throw the votes away.
Luckily we don't need tx to win, but it would be sweet.

As John Roberts says, courts don't determine election rules.
