Determined to vote, 89-year-old Merced veteran signs ballot while strapped to gurney

Howard, 89, has participated in every election.
“He doesn’t miss voting,” said daughter Kathryn Howard Taylor. “He never ever misses voting, period.”

Good on Richard Howard being able to vote in the most Important election Ever!
He is still serving his country and inspiring others by his example, at age 89.
