DU voting experience check in here if you voted today

like me. I live in Cary, NC and voted today. For those you who don't know Cary is a suburb of Raleigh and is located in the biggest county in NC. I showed up at 6:30 am to vote. The line was very small and it only took me 6 minutes to get in and vote.

I voted since September 21. Over 2M people already voted in Virginia so Biden should be announced the winner at the 7pm closing

I already voted early, but I drive by our polling place on the way to work in Raleigh.
Johnston County is rump territory.
It was crowded. I had to stop on the highway for all the people turning left to get into the church parking lot to vote.
Sheriff dept. was directing traffic.

Hubster and I will be leaving in a few minutes to vote.

It's cold and stiff winds in store. BFD. People have put everything on the line to do this. We can stand in line for a few minutes ... for them.

Update on the comeback.

Polling place - Elementary school gym. Very well organized, even with the line out the door and around the corner, in and out in half hour.

FWIW, posted notice that NH will start counting absentee ballots today

/on edit/ Did have a cop there. He had the bottomless cup of Dunkin' and looked bored.

On line at 6:30am. Completed at 7:25. Line was about 100 deep. Was slightly shorter when I got out.

Side note: I asked for an absentee ballot to avoid the lines, but it was marked military which is incorrect. I asked for this to be corrected and got no response, so I had to go in person. Early voting had long lines a mile from my apartment, so this was easier.

that have been counted then the total in 2016. I don't remember the exact number mentioned but I think it was 70,000+ . Ballots can still be dropped of up to 8pm this evening. It's 5:18am here.

A LOT of people here have been using absentee voting, and this is a solidly Democratic precinct, which likely accounts for the lack of lines (about 7:30 AM).
