I wonder if it is somehow targeting Democrats? If not, then it could hurt Republicans more since fewer of them voted early.

Last Saturday I got 6 or 7 of these calls within a 4 hour span...all the same, a woman saying "Stay safe, stay home" and that's it...
All different #'s as well.
I said to my wife, "this is a test for the US election..."
I think I was right...

But am a US citizen and registered to vote in CA. At first I thought it was a test of our emergency services but no one else I know up here got one.
