My polling place had LOTS of hand sanitizer, and a ready supply of masks, at the first table.

I paid really close attention, and didn't see anyone even coming towards the building, who wasn't already wearing a mask. Might explain why my section of the township has relatively low Covid numbers.

I noticed a lack of pens in the actual voting booth, but I had brought my own, anyway.

be so considerate and thoughtful, isn't it? We pretty well have a 100% wearing of masks too, and the social distancing too. It's nice to see that everyone is protecting each other.
