Seems insane now that Clinton was trading much higher than Biden given her comparatively tiny polling lead, but it happened. The betting markets have seemed more conservative this year.

I suspect people have taken the opportunity to sell D in specific states at a high price and gamble on an R upset. That doesn’t have to be inconsistent with Biden being even more favoured than before when it comes to actually winning the election.
