One thing I noticed: Seems to me that the chi would get stuck in a spiral around the floor rug (drain) which have plugs that could close up the drain or guide it toward the the center into which the chi would flow (the table and candelier directly over the drainhole) before it could even flow out the back exit into the rest of the haunted house.

I dabbled years ago but not too deeply. The mural of flowing water might be good but I think it's in the wrong place. What really worries me beyond the spiral is the splintered gold mirrors under the staircase. Would give me a headache. The room is definitely saying, "Don't come here."
