Indies and Dems later.

I dunno why. I always get it done in the AM, when in person. This year I requested an early ballot on the first day I could in my state, filled it out and dropped it off in at my county's main box (which happened to be near where I work).

I don't get the "lets vote in the evening thing" for many people. When I've done that the lines were long, the staff worn out, everybody is kinda stressed and worried about time. Who wants all that?

I get that some people are screwed by retail hours and scheduling. I dunno maybe I'm more engaged on voting than most regular people.

Not only are many retired and don't have to work, I think most also tend to wake up early.

They aren't as reliable for the GOP as they were in years past.

I know a few ex-Republican seniors saying 'no' to Trump.

Is that there will be a lot of republicans who are voting for Biden because they realized how wrong they were voting for Trump. I don't see a lot of democrats crossing the line the other way. I don't know what kind of percentage of republicans it is, but saying the republicans are voting at THIS time doesn't mean they're a Trump monolith but it would be truer for democrats.
