I saw a Jorgensen for president bumper sticker driving home today and had no clue who that was.

It's the Greens who take votes from Democrats. Some states have runoffs should no candidate get 50% + 1 of the vote.

who ran the last 2 times. However in 2016 here in PA, the Libertarians (with Johnson) got a good-sized chunk of votes (several times more than Stein did for the Green Party).
