That means the state polls are going to be off, too. We can still win this but it will be very close.

We’ve been underperforming or at the very bottom of the MOE.

Look at the last polls in FL - Biden was up by about 4, he’s down by about 3 in reality. That is a 7 point swing.

The polls had Biden with a roughly 8 point national popular vote lead. With 80 million votes in (likely half or more), Trump is up by 2% in the national popular vote.

Sure, that will change as big blue states come in... but it isn’t going to be anywhere NEAR 8 points nationally for Joe. There’s no way that this is going to be anything but incredibly close.

Republicans always have a lead in the popular vote at this point.

Those are not great odds.

We all knew that the national popular vote doesn't matter in determining the election. Yes, California and other blue states have not been counted, AND many votes have not been counted in other states--e.g., in Virginia, which AP has called for Biden, the votes counted so far still show Trump winning -- because many blue areas haven't been counted yet. Chances are that the national popular vote will be much closer to the prediction than what you are now seeing.

would take time to count, and would heavily favor Democrats. And now why are they in such a rush to call these states. How have they had time to count all the mail-in ballots?

HRC built a 3 million vote lead once the West coast results came in. Remember in 2018 that it wasn't a blue wave according to many, but once all the votes were counted it was a blue wave.

and the House couldn't get a over 400 bills even to the Senate floor for a vote because of the Republican controlled senate. Which will be the same situation after this election if we do not flip 2 more senate seats.
