Yes, Chris Coons won re-election easily. Thats not a surprise in the least.
What is sad is that his opponent, Lauren Witzke was a open and avowed White Nationalist. Her Twitter feed was as vile and disgusting as you could ever find one.
One would think that such a person couldnt crack double digits.
But shell end up with roughly a third of the vote.

People will vote party no matter who is running these days because they believe in their side, their set of values whether right or left.
So even if more of us have our values set in science and truth, more states are the other way.
At some point we have to find a way around that system before our country implodes.
