but because there were 2 (R)s on the ballot and the 1 (D), am guessing if obviously wasn't enough, even with Atlanta tally, for a solid 51% for either of the top vote-getters, so it automatically goes to a run off.

I believe Loeffler was appointed to the seat and she was running against another (R) and against Warnock the (D).

since there were several candidates, and one had to get 50% or greater to win outright. I'm just hoping the situation will change in the Perdue/Ossoff race as more ballots are counted.
