In Nebraska and Maine they break up their electoral votes by congressional district. And whoever wins the state also gets 2 electoral votes.

Win the district but not the state, you still win an electoral college vote. All of the other states is winner take all.

NE has 2 districts. One is deep deep red, the other purple. We are fighting for NE-2, the purple ec seat.

It is still in hashed blue color. The asterisk by his name means hes the incumbent.

It was on it before for Trump. I wonder if they had a glitch in the software and it followed the state results.
