There are three roughly equal batches of voters, between 149k and 164k. Election Day is counting first, so it's been red; any other year that would be most all of them. But this year there has been in-person early voting for weeks, and that batch is second. The Providence Journal tweeted, "Our reporter at the @RI_BOE tells us she has been told early in person votes are "still in the process of being transmitted. Some are up on the website; some aren't yet." Mail-in ballots -- the largest third -- haven't been touched yet.
