Biden is underperforming what Hillary received 4 years ago. Something does not smell right. There are over 4 million registered Democrats in Pennsylvania. Where are they?

5. A little while ago, over a million early votes had not bern counted. What

was being counted was election day (today) voting which everyone predicted Trump would win. Plus either phili or pitsburgh and their burbs (one of them, i can't remember which) was slow in counting. Remember there are early voting, absentee and military votes to be counted.
