We're about to find out if Biden has a shot in Wisconsin.

There's a 170,000 ballots outstanding in Milwaukee.

The mail-ins from Kenosha just came in and Biden won 'em 19,700 to 10,103.

That means he's down by 97,834.

Assuming it's exactly 170,000, for Biden to take the lead statewide off those votes, he'd have to win about 70+%.

But that assumes there's no additional gains from Trump.

Hillary carried this county by 58%.

So, definitely doable.

Here's to 70+% to build a cushion.
