About half the tie some idiot votes for someone other than whom they pledged to vote for. I think Biden will win WI, MI, PA, and GA so hopefully we can avoid that scenario.

4. I still haven't figured out if there are 25% more ballots to count . Per N.C. Board elections

NY Times doesn't show this. If this is the case, I wouldn't count out North Carolina.

The dirty little secret of these election night counts is the news organizations don't really usually know what ballots are left to count. They go by % of precincts reporting but they are not good at estimating the mail in, absentee, and provisional ballots. i just saw Kornaki admit that the 92% number for Wisconsin is probably off and there aren't that many votes left. He said the numbers are padded o give them some wiggle room.

that they will vote for the candidate their state selected. I don't know what the chances are that an elector in some state might go rogue.

10. Since that would be with a national vote well in Biden's favour, that would be an absolute disgrace

"Reasonableness" or "fairness" would lean more to a Trump elector changing to Biden to reflect the national vote. But I have no doubt Republicans have picked electors that haven't had a thought of "fairness" since they were in 5th grade. You'd hope Democrats have picked reliable electors.

13. Yes, he's 270-268 if he wins WI & MI but no more. But if the one faithless elector switched to Trump

then they would be tied with 269 each, and it would go to the House.

If a fascist can cheat, it will cheat.

Our job is to never let them get away with it.
