and its not delegates are allocated to the states

That's 43 EVs and gets Biden to 270.

There's one EV still to be awarded in Maine. If he gets that he's 271.

But that lonely EV is just gravy.

I just googled "current presidential election results" and Biden has 69,460,135 votes (50.1%)with 238 electoral votes. da chump has 67,000,671 votes (48.3%) with 213 electoral votes. That is at the time I posted this.

That makes Biden the popular and electoral vote lead as of 6:54am PST.

malfeasance from previous elections has been fixed, and the GOP has spent the last 4 years dreaming up more ways to cheat. My feeling is that even a 270 win reflects a landslide of actual votes.

34. When all of the votes are counted in a state, the news agencies will call the state.

And, once Biden crosses the 270+ electoral vote threshold with enough states, he will be declared the winner, even if there are states that are still counting. It would be ideal if Biden gets over 270k without needing PA, since that's one of the states that Trump is targeting for stopping the vote. So far, the courts have allowed the counting to continue.
