If vote counting stops right now, Biden is president.

This is good. Also, the remaining votes are looking good for Biden.

It means that Trump, as of now, can't cheat-win by preventing votes from being counted. He actually has to erase votes that have already been counted, which is harder.

because the states are still counting. However, the trends are now actually putting Biden probably around 330 or so - not the huge wave that Democrats wanted, but in line with expectations.
